JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent has stated that the benefits sought for in the above writ petition were already settled and issued orders vide letter No.p19/02/Rev/2011-12/21901579 dated 11.10.2011 and the same has been mentioned in para-5 in the counter affidavit filled by the third respondent. Therefore, he prays that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
