These Regular First Appeals coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:

2. Learned counsels for the appellants in R.F.A.No.788/2017, R.F.A.No.1652/2017 and R.F.A.No.789/2017 have filed a common memo seeking withdrawal of these appeals with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
3. The office has raised an objection regarding maintainability of these appeals stating that, in view of valuation of the suit, this Court has no pecuniary jurisdiction. In response to the same, the learned counsels for the appellants in the above appeals have filed a common memo today.
4. As such, in view of the memo and supporting submissions of the learned counsels for the appellants, all these three appeals stand dismissed as not pressed, however, reserving liberty to the appellants to approach the appropriate forum by filing regular appeals, however, not later than four weeks from today.
Registry to return the original documents including the certified copy of the impugned judgment and decree filed, if any, by the appellants, however, after retaining copies thereof in the records.
