Issue fresh notice to the unserved respondent No.2 returnable on 20.4.2012.
It is submitted that, in further statement, allegations are levelled against the petitioners attracting the offences under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes [Prevention of Atrocities] Act, 1989, for which, at this stage, no coercive action be taken against the petitioners, keeping it open for the Investigating Officer to investigate in accordance with law, including recording of statement and verification of relevant documents, which are subject matter of the complaint.
Direct service is permitted.
