(4D) No.5, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MCI) Department, dated 05.10.2016 and the proceedings of the Commissioner of Corporation in RDC.No.007/2016, dated 1.11.2016 nominating the members of the Vending Committee, we are not inclined to maintain the writ petition and it is for the petitioner to approach the Vending Committee for obtaining the license.
2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
