The petitioner has approached this Court against a fisheries lease which was granted on 25th June, 2018 to the respondent no.5. Under Rule 59 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules 2016 an appeal can be filed. If the petitioner files an appeal within one month then the appeal would be entertained without going into the question of limitation.
Needles to say that the appeal shall be decided after hearing all the parties concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of.
