JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 29.05.2015, which is nothing but a show cause notice issued to the petitioner to provide a suitable explanation and submit a fresh application with correct details. When such being the factual position, I do not think that the petitioner is entitled to maintain this writ petition challenging the show cause notice.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the show cause notice, the petitioner has also given his explanation on 17.06.2015. Therefore, it is for the first respondent to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law.
3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the objection filed by the petitioner on 17.06.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
