J U D G M E N T Both the learned counsel submit that in similar circumstances, in Writ Appeal No.3272 of 2016 disposed of on 20th June, 2019 has been disposed of wherein similar contention was taken and this appeal also be disposed of in terms of the order passed in the abovesaid writ appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel and gone through the judgment and found that the relief sought for in the present appeal is one and the same and accordingly, this appeal also has been disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 20th June, 2019 passed in Writ Appeal No.3272 of 2016. Compliance within an outer limit of six weeks from today.
