We have perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat dated 20.07.2018, which shows that the sole appellant namely Brijendra Singh has already been expired about 10-11 years back. Relevant documents in this regard have been made part of the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat.
In view of the aforesaid that the sole appellant has expired, the appeal on behalf of the sole appellant namely Brijendra Singh is dismissed as having abated.
