Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 13 April 2002 submitted in Case No. 845/IX/2002 under Sections 147,323,504,506,342,427 IPC arising out of Case Crime No. 43 of 2002.
From a perusal of the allegations made in the FIR, the Court finds no ground to hold that the commission of offences is prima facie not made out. The instant application is accordingly dismissed.
It is however, provided that in case the applicants apply for bail, the same shall be considered by the concerned Court on its own merits bearing in mind the decisions rendered by this Court as well as the Supreme Court on the subject of grant of bail.
