When the application came up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that there were only two cases registered against the petitioner as Crime No.900 of 2014 and Crime No.2201 of 2014, both of Kayamkulam Police station and no other fresh crime has been registered against the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above submission may be recorded and the petition may be disposed of.

Accordingly, the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor is recorded and the bail application is disposed of.
