At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh petition giving better particulars and details.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly the same is allowed.
The present application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
