1. Heard Sri Dinesh Mishra, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. This is a bail application moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 266 of 2016, under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Manzanpur, District Kaushambi.
3. As per version of First Information Report initially report was lodged under Sections 363, 366 IPC but after statement of minor girl Sections 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act have also been included. Girl has supported allegation of rape committed upon her in the statements recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
