It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that as per the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.19906 of 2014, dated 08.12.2014, the respondent has already conducted survey of the land and the report is filed in the typed set of papers filed by the petitioner at page Nos. 4 to 6.
2. Considering the above said fact, I do not find any reason to punish the respondent. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to establish his right in the land before the competent Civil Court. No Costs.
