1. Heard Sri Ajitam Srivastava, learned Counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to respondent 2 i.e. District Magistrate, Agra to decide representation dated 08.01.2019 (annexure 4 to writ petition) pending before him, as expeditiously as possible.
3. We find that in respect of grievance, petitioner has statutory alternative remedy under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
4. Writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
