JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition, to direct the Additional Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai Town, to dispose of E.P.No.53 of 2016 in RCOP.No.97 of 2015, within the stipulated period of time.
2. The revision petitioners, filed RCOP.No.97 of 2015 on the file of Additional Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai Town, for eviction on the ground of willful default. The said RCOP was ordered on 15.04.2016. The respondent has not filed any appeal against the said order. The petitioners filed E.P.No.53 of 2016 to execute the order passed in RCOP and the said Execution Petition is being adjourned without any progress. In the circumstances, the petitioners have come out with the present revision.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the Learned the Additional Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai Town. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Additional Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai Town, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.53 of 2016 in RCOP.No.97 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 30th April 2017. No costs.
