Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Challenge in this writ petition is an order passed by the Tehsildar in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P.Revenue Code, 2006.
In these proceedings, the petitioner has been ordered to be evicted from the property belonging to the Gaon Sabha holding him to be unauthorized occupant, thereon.
Against the order impugned, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy by way of an appeal before the Collector under Sub-section 5 of Section 67, which statutory alternative remedy has not been availed.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy.
