By means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the orders dated 23.9.2015 and 24.9.2015 (Annexure 15 and 16 to this writ petition) passed by the respondent no.2, Joint Director of Education Region-I Meerut. Vide order dated 23.9.2015 addressed to the District Inspector of School, Meerut the respondent no.2 has referred the matter to the DIOS to proceed in the matter and to decide the representation dated 23.9.2015 of Sri Jai Prakash Verma and thereafter give intimation to the Joint Director of Education. Annexure 16 is another letter dated 24.9.2015 issued by the Joint Director, respondent no.2 addressed to the authorised controller of Dayanand Mahavidyalay Gurukul Inter College, Daurli, Meerut (respondent no.4) forwarded the letter issued by the respondent no.5 dated 23.9.2015 and intimated him that the DIOS, Meerut after due consideration of the record and the contents of the letter dated 19.2.2015 has informed that the Management Committee of the petitioner has been restrained to conduct the election.
Admittedly no interim order was passed in this petition therefore there is no reason to keep the matter pending and further the counsel for the petitioner is not able to satisfy the Court as to what purpose will be served to keep the writ petition pending.
By passage of time this petition has become infructuous. Writ petition is accordingly, dismissed.
