This writ petition is filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 31.3.2017 (Annexure 18 to the writ petition) passed by respondent no.2, Joint Director of Education, Region -1, Meerut.
Briefly the facts of the case are that a letter dated 31.3.2017 was issued by respondent no.2 addressed to the respondent no.3 D.I.O.S. by which he has directed that the members who belongs to registered mother body/ general body/ and trust will be entitled to participate in the election.
Admittedly there is no interim order passed by this Court and it is clear that by passage of time the order passed by the Joint Director of Education dated 31.3.2017 must have been complied by the DIOS.
There is no record available which establishes that the DIOS has not acted on the directions of the respondent no.2.
As pointed out by Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no.5 that a suit is pending between the petitioner and the respondent no.5 since 2012.
It is open to the parties to participate in the pending Suit no. 58 of 2012, pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Sardhana, Meerut.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
