The prayer made in the present writ petition is to expedite the proceeding of Execution Case No. 46/2015 (Smt. Brahamkali Vs. Rajphool and another) pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baghpat, within stipulated period.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baghpat to expedite the proceeding of Execution Case No. 46/2015 (Smt. Brahamkali Vs. Rajphool and another) and make an endeavour to decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, after giving due notice and opportunity to all the parties concerned.
