It is stated by Sri P.R.Balram Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 19.11.2009, the petitioner has been reinstated into service subject to the Writ Appeal pending before the Division Bench.
Hence, no further enquiry is necessary and the Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
