JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of the law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable.
2. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry has been conducted and a summons dated 02.06.2017 has also been issued to the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer on 05.06.2017, in spite of which, the petitioner has not appeared.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the enquiry.
4. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry before the Police Officer.
5. The Writ Petition is closed with the above direction. No costs.
