Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing orders dated 13.2.2018 and 22.2.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1,Etah in S.T. No.215 of 2013 (State Versus Lallu Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.33 of 2013 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 504, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Rizor, District Etah.
The prayer for quashing the orders impugned is refused.
However, it is provided that if the applicant files an application for recalling of the non-bailable-warrant issued against him within a period of two weeks from today, the said application shall be considered and disposed expeditiously in accordance with law. For a period of two weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant. However, in case, the applicant does not appear before the Court below within the aforesaid period, coercive action shall be taken against him.
With the aforesaid observations this application is finally disposed of.
