JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Kunan Naik, learned advocate for M/s.Trivedi & Gupta for the petitioners, submits that, inadvertently the document regarding the cross-examination of the witness-Shri Ramakant Dixit, has not been annexed as part of Annexure-I. It is prayed that permission may be granted to annex the same. Permission to do so, is granted.
Heard the learned advocate for the petitioners.
Issue Notice returnable on 06.08.2012.
By way of ad-interim relief, the direction contained in the impugned award dated 29.02.2012, to the extent of payment of 40% back-wages, shall be stayed, till then.
