JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners under the under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that no complaint and no FIR is pending against the petitioners on the file of the respondent police. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners.
4.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), there is no scope for harassment as alleged by the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
