By means of this writ petition the petitioner submits that he was allotted a land and, therefore, constructed a house. It is further submitted that the private respondents no. 6 to 12 have forcibly evicted the petitioner and now are residing in the said house. Therefore, a direction is sought that Police Authorities be directed to evict all those persons residing in the house of the petitioner and possession be given back to the petitioner.
No such direction can be given in writ proceeding. The petitioner has to approach the appropriate civil court for adjudication of his right.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
