Heard Sri S.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.5 to 8, Sri N.K. Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer commanding and directing the respondents to conclude the investigation in a fair and proper manner in pursuance to the FIR (case crime) no.0039 of 2018, u/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Jhunsi, district Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the case. There has been some bungling committed in his account for which he has lodged FIR against Bank Official but the investigation of the case has not been concluded till date.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.5 to 8 submitted that vigilance inquiry has already been ordered which is stated to be pending and would be concluded shortly as the matter requires investigation.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation and submit a police report before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within the period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The S.S.P., Allahabad is directed to ensure the compliance of this order. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
