Aggrieved by the fact that the private respondent nos. 4 to 6 have got an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, decided by making a false statement, the instant writ petition has been filed.
The petitioner states that the petitioner was also a co-sharer in the property.
If that is the case, the petitioner may file a recall application before the Additional Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Sadar, District- Mau.
If the recall application is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
