Following orders were passed in the matter on 18.7.2019:-
"Grievance is that though petitioner has scored above cut off marks in the respective category for appointment to the post of Constable in the recruitment exercise initiated in the year 2013, but her claim has been ignored arbitrarily.
Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions. Post as fresh on 26.7.2019."
Learned Standing Counsel states that the claim of petitioner is being examined and an appropriate decision would be taken by the authority concerned in accordance with law.
In view of the stand so taken by the respondents, writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent concerned to take a decision in the matter relating to grant of employment to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
