Binduben vs State

This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners who have entered into companionship agreement and apprehend harassment and pressure from the respondent police authority and in such circumstances, in absence of any material on record, no prayer as prayed for can be granted.

Petition is rejected.
