Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Tariq Maqbool Khan for the Gram Panchayat Bhalua, respondent no.3 as also learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the mutation case bearing no.T201705205511571 (Bindu Vs. Sudhari) under Section 34 U.P. Revenue Code, forthwith within prescribed period."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2017 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar Deoria Sadar, District Deoria to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
