Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant has earlier approached this Court by way of application under Section 482 No.34669 of 2017 and the same was disposed of directing the applicant to obtain bail. The applicant has not complied the aforesaid order and has approached this Court again and is praying for the same relief. Such a relief cannot be granted to the applicant again.
The application is devoid of merit and is dismissed.
It is open for the applicant to file an application for extension of time to surrender before the court in the earlier application.
