Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.
1. Pursuant to Court's order dated 08.08.2008, notice was issued to appellant to engage another counsel and sent by registered post A.D. on 01.09.2008. As per Office Report dated 21.02.2017, it has been received back with postal endorsement that sole appellant has died. Since there is no substitution on behalf of her legal representatives, hence, this appeal has already abated.
2. Dismissed accordingly.
3. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
