This is a misconceived petition seeking for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay for Abadi land, recorded in the name of the petitioner in the Revenue record.
The entire writ petition is silent as to why the payment had to be made by the District Magistrate. The assertions in paragraph-'6' of the writ petition regarding compensation are vague, in as much as, there is no indication of any award passed by the competent authority.
We, therefore, do not find any good ground to entertain the writ petition. However, in case of any grievance with regard to the disbursement of or quantum of compensation determined by the competent authority, it is open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy available under law.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
