Mr.
Shah, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, has submitted that since Misc. Civil Application No.1450 of 2012 is pending and in view of the fact that present petitioner is one of the parties in the said proceedings and also for the reason that certain subsequent developments have taken place, the petitioner does not press present petition, at this stage, and would make necessary request and submissions at the time of hearing of the said application.
In view of the said submission by learned advocate for the petitioner, present petition stands disposed of as not pressed at this stage. Notice is discharged.
