Sri Rohit Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the Bank has placed before the Court the order passed in Writ-C No. 31318 of 2019, dated 26.09.2019, wherein the earlier writ petition filed by petitioner was disposed of granting him liberty to pay the amount in installment.
Sri Yadav contends that this is the second writ petition and now it has been filed against the auction notice dated 05.10.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the writ petition and it may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of statement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
