The present petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 06th October, 2020.
Counsel for the respondent Sri Ashok Kumar Lal, on instructions, argues that subsequent to the suspension order a charge sheet has been issued and the disciplinary proceedings are at the verge of finalization and shall be finalized with all expedition within a period of four weeks.
In view of the said statement, no interference is made out at this stage. However, if the proceedings are not completed within the said period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
The petition stands disposed of.
