Heard Sri Ashfaq Ahmed Ansari, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing order issuing Non-bailable Warrant dated 27.2.2018 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court,IInd, Hapur in Sessions Judge No.276 of 2017 (State Versus Tarannum).
The prayer for quashing the proceedings as well as order impugned is refused.
However, it is provided that if the applicants file an application for recalling of the non-bailable-warrant issued against them within a period of two weeks from today, the said application shall be considered and disposed expeditiously in accordance with law. For a period of two weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. However, in case, the applicants do not appear before the Court below within the aforesaid period, coercive action shall be taken against them.
With the aforesaid observations this application is finally disposed of.
