(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Contempt petition has been filed on the premise that respondents did not dispose of representation of the applicant as directed by this Court in order dated 26.10.2010 passed in Special Civil Application No.13629/2010.
In response to the notice issued, respondents have appeared and filed affidavit. It is stated that representation of the applicant came to be disposed of by order dated 15.12.2010. Such order is also communicated to the applicant. A copy thereof is also annexed along with reply affidavit.
In view of above developments, we do not find any reason to entertain this contempt petition any further. If the applicant has any grievance about the decision taken by the respondents, it would be open to agitate such grievance in independent proceedings. This contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
