The present application 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned charge sheet dated 26.8.2016 filed against the applicant in Crime No. 26 of 2016, under Section 420 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah.
These are factual issues which cannot be adjudicated in the present proceedings. Prima facie case is made out against the applicant. No interference is warranted at this stage.
The application is dismissed.
