The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that certain land of the petitioner be taken for exchange of certain gaon sabha land which may be given to the petitioner for the expansion of a rasta.
In this regard, the petitioner may move a proper application before the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate under Section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that if the petitioner files an application within a period of 15 days from today then the same shall be heard and decided within a period of two months, thereafter unless there is any legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
