The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Appeal being Case No. 7 of 2019-20 (Computerized Case No. T20206370203332 of 2020, under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Case.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal being Case No. 7 of 2019-20 (Computerized Case No. T20206370203332 of 2020, under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
