Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been preferred for the petitioner being promoted on the post of Sub Inspector.
Referring to the communication of the S.P. Hardoi dated 11 September 2018, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that an incomplete record was placed before the Departmental Promotion Committee and it was not apprised of the fact that the adverse entry of 28 July 2017 had already been set aside by the appellate authority on 21 April 2018.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that subject to verification of all facts, the claim of the petitioner as raised in this petition shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the second respondent after taking into consideration the communication of the S.P. Hardoi referred to above in accordance with law and in any case within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
