BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES (Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It appears that by typographical error instead of "However, the plaintiffs would be entitled to interest @ 12% p.a. on Rs.1,82,800/-(as awarded by the trial Court) and interest @ 9% p.a. on the enhanced amount", it is wrongly typed as "However, the plaintiffs would be entitled to interest @ 12% p.m. on Rs.1,82,800/-(as awarded by the trial Court) and interest @ 9% p.m. on the enhanced amount".

Hence, correction be carried out accordingly. Note disposed of accordingly.
