JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-father of the original accused has prayed for the following relief;
(B). Issue appropriate writ, order or direction the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily in respect of FIR C.R. No.I-162 of 2007 registered at Jetpur City Police Station on 20.8.2007.
(C). Issue appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent no.3 to give direction to the respondent no.2 not to violate statutory and fundamental rights of the petitioner and his family members.
2.0. Today, when the present application is taken up for final hearing, Ms. Shah, learned advocate for the applicant has stated at the bar that by efflux of time, the present application has become infructuous. Hence, present application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
