JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned counsel waives notice of Rule.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to undertake the process of transfer of GPF funds. The correspondence received from Treasury Office dated 04.01.2012 has been produced. Therefore, the ground appears to be genuine. The jail report shows that earlier when he was released on temporary bail, he has surrendered in time.
Under the circumstances, the applicant be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his actual release on a personal bond of Rs.5000 and one surety of like amount with the further direction that upon expiry of the period, he shall surrender with the jail authority and it is also directed that he shall complete the work and in any case submit the all the relevant papers for transfer of GPF fund, during the said period.
Application disposed of accordingly. Rule made absolute accordingly.
