1. This application is taken up by the respondent-workman for fixing early date of final hearing in respect of the main matter being Special Civil Application No. 7880 of 2009 and allied matters. Ms. Mandavia, learned advocate for the respondents submitted that she has no objection or rather she is also ready and willing to go on with the main matter.
2. In view of this, the agreed date of final hearing is fixed with the main matter so that no party thereafter seek any adjournment on avoidable circumstances. Accordingly, while disposing of this civil application, it is hereby ordered that the main matter be fixed on 4th July, 2012 and it is observed that as this date is fixed at the agreed date by both the counsels, counsels will take care to see that no adjournment is requested and the matter is proceeded with. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
