Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.B. Yadav, who appeared on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 and Sri K.R. Singh, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel who has appeared on instructions of opposite party No. 1.
Admittedly, the order of the Court passed on 5 January 2017 has not been complied with till date. Sri Singh also draws the attention of the Court to the communication appended at page - 25 of the paper book addressed by the opposite party No. 1 apprising the opposite party No. 2 of certain objections. According to Sri Singh, the same have not been removed till date. Sri R.B. Yadav in consequence states that the communication and objections referred to therein shall be duly attended to and disposed of and all amounts which are found to be admittedly due and payable to the applicant shall be produced before this Court on or before the next date fixed.
