Present applications have been submitted by the applicant herein original respondent for fixing the date of hearing of main Second Appeal Nos. 119 of 2007 and 120 of 2007. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the matter is remanded by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on formulating the substantial question of law, if the Second Appeals are otherwise ready, Registry is directed to place the same for final hearing in the week commencing from 6th August 2012. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent in both the applications.
