Mr.Ashish Dagli, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 - original complainant prays time to file Additional Affidavit pointing out that the petitioner herein -
original accused is absconding. It is submitted that in fact the petitioner was arrested by Bhadarva Police station in some other case and he was in custody of the police officers of Bhadarva Police Station and a bail application was submitted by him along with Vakalatnama of the petitioner as if petitioner herein is in jail. However it has been found that he has absconded from the police custody of Bhadarva Police Station and said fact was brought to the notice of the concerned Court and the Concerned Court has taken the matter seriously. Mr.Dagli, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the original complainant wants to place the aforesaid facts on record. Hence, S.O. to 17/1/2012.
