Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that a matter similar to the grievance raised by the petitioners was adjudicated in a judgement of this Court dated 6.9.2017 passed in Writ Petition (Service Single) No. 18021 of 2016 (Sharad and 17 others Vs. State of U.P. and others) that is enclosed as Annexure 19 to this writ petition.
For the reasons recorded in the judgement dated 6.9.2017, this writ petition is also disposed of on same terms. The respondents shall consider claim of petitioners keeping in view the observations contained in para 13 of the aforesaid judgement.
